Hi there!
When some of my books went out of print a few years back I wasn’t sure what to do. So…I regained my rights to republish them. And here they are, back in print and available in ebook as well. In addition, I wanted to publish some new work on my own, so those books are here, too.
While I was at it, I decided that I needed a custom t-shirt to wear to book events. Now, instead of explaining to shoppers that, yes, I’m the author of these books, I can let the t-shirt do the talking. Have fun at book events instead of feeling like a salesperson!
And once I got started I decided it would also be fun to add t-shirts for teachers and librarians, too. You’ll find a link to these on this page.
Please have fun “shopping” with me, for yourself, or for your favorite reader, writer, teacher, or librarian.
I have a variety of t-shirts for authors, readers, librarians, teachers who want to change the world. All kinds of styles, long and short-sleeve, colors to suit everyone, and sizes even for the littles, are available through Bonfire.
A portion of sales goes to the benefit of the nonprofit World Central Kitchen: “WCK is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.”
Author t-shirts (“Support the arts and buy a book” or “Ban ignorance and buy books”) are great for book events – you can clearly point out your “role”.
Reader t-shirts (“Keep calm and read on”) are perfect give aways for special events.
Teacher t-shirts (“Nuturing knowledge, cultivating creativity, enriching imagination”)…and…
Librarian t-shirts (“Ask me to suggest your next favorite read”) make great and unique gifts.
“Witchy magic, Nazi menace, and clockwork all come into play, along with an Enigma machine and spies for both the Allies and the Nazis seeking occult sources of power or protection. After the breathtaking climax, various threads of the story are tied up in a drawing-room denouement in which the characters decide to dispose of toxic magical artifacts rather carelessly—though in a way that invites anticipation (and fortuitously leaves room for sequels). An original, clever, page-turning adventure.” Kirkus, starred review

Rooted in ancient myth, these stories follow women who change—physically and emotionally—to claim their power.
In Unbound, women step out of the shadows of ancient myth and into their own power. Drawing on mythic traditions of goddesses, nymphs, and mortal women shaped and tested by gods, these stories reimagine transformation as an act of survival, resistance, and becoming. Through physical and emotional change, each woman claims what was denied her: autonomy, voice, and strength. Lyrical and fierce, Unbound is a collection about breaking free from what confines us, and discovering who we are when we do.
